Container bag use temperature knowledge

FIBC Raw Materials
FIBC is a flexible plastic container with polypropylene and polyethylene resin as raw materials, the production volume is less than 3m³, and the safe bearing mass is less than or equal to 3 tons.
The melting point is 165°C, and it softens at about 155°C;
The operating temperature range is -30°C to 140°C.
It can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali, salt solution and various organic solvents below 80℃, and can decompose under high temperature and oxidation.
The melting point is 85 ℃ to 110 ℃, with excellent low temperature resistance;
Polyethylene
Low operating temperature can reach -100°C to -70°C, good chemical stability, and can resist the erosion of most acids and alkalis (not resistant to acids with oxidizing properties)
Container bag operating temperature?
What is the operating temperature range of FIBCs made of polypropylene and polyethylene?
According to the national standard GB/T 10454-2000, the cold resistance test temperature of the container bag is -35℃.
Put the container bag in a -35°C incubator for more than 2 hours, and then take out the test product and fold it in half at 180 degrees to check whether the base fabric is damaged, cracked or otherwise abnormal.
The heat resistance test temperature is 80℃.
Apply a load of 9.8 N on the test sample, put it in an 80°C oven for 1 hour, and immediately after taking it out, separate the two overlapping test pieces to check the surface for adhesion, cracks and other abnormal conditions.
According to the test standard, the container bag can be used in the environment of -35℃ to 80℃, but it is not recommended to use it in high temperature and low temperature environment for a long time.
