Before loading, the container bag is usually suspended with a lifting device, the bottom of the bag touches the ground or a pallet, and then the material opening of the container bag is opened, sleeved into the charging barrel and clamped to prevent dust or particles from leaking out.
Start the filling machine to put the raw materials into the bag from the charging port. When filling, the bag body needs to be straightened before entering the operation.
After filling, close the discharge port.
If the container bag has a discharge opening or other discharge parts, it should be checked whether it is fastened or closed before loading. The height of the filled container bag should be 0.5~2 times the length of the small side of the bottom of the container bag (rectangular bottom) or the bottom diameter (round bottom), so that the container bag is more stable when stacked.
Other factors that affect the stacking stability of the container bag include: the flow characteristics of the loaded materials, the space vacated in the bag body, and the air trapped in the bag body, etc. The stacking stability of the container can be improved by shaking the container during filling and squeezing the trapped air after filling.
When loading and unloading with a forklift, the pallets at the bottom of the goods should not be unloaded by forklifts, and the two lifting lugs on the top of the goods should not be savagely pulled out. If there is no pallet, try to unload the goods together with 4 lifting lugs. Prevent the packaging bag from being damaged due to uneven loading of the goods.
FIBCs are usually unloaded by gravity, but sometimes a suction tube is used for unloading. When using gravity to discharge, the speed of discharge can be controlled by adjusting the size of the discharge opening.
The single-use container bag can be easily unloaded by cutting the bottom of the bag. To cut the bottom of the single-use container bag, a cutting knife with a handle of a suitable length is required.
The container bag with the discharge port should be hung safely, and then the operator should untie the tether of the discharge port. The operator must not stand under the FIBC.
When loading and unloading, appropriate dust control measures should also be taken to prevent the loading material from flying. If there is a static-hazardous environment, appropriate measures should be taken.
