Classification knowledge of various types of container bags

Supplements generally refer to nutrients such as vitamins, amino acids, and minerals. Most of their raw materials are granular and powdery, so the entire production and transportation process needs to meet food/pharmaceutical grade standards.
Bulk transportation of supplements and raw materials generally uses container bags, and such container bags generally need to pay attention to 3 points.
1. Leak-proof
In general FIBCs, small holes will be formed in the cloth during sewing, and fine powder may leak from the small holes or weaving gaps.
The leak-proof container bag needs to be specially designed to prevent leakage according to the transported goods. According to the flow coefficient of the goods (the bigger the container, the easier it is to leak), the leakage-proof strip, non-woven fabric or double-layer bag body should be used.
2. Manufacturer qualification
Container bag manufacturers have food-grade or pharmaceutical-grade production qualifications.
The container bag conforms to GB/T 28118-2011 "plastic and aluminum foil composite film and bag for food packaging". GB/T 28117-2011 "Standards for Multilayer Co-extruded Films, Bags, etc. for Food Packaging".
3. Antistatic property
For those production environments that are prone to static electricity or the transported goods are dangerous goods, they need to comply with GB19434-2009 "Inspection Specifications for Dangerous Goods Intermediate Bulk Containers".
